The property that was auctioned rent, the new owner can break the existing lease agreement?

Hi I rented a property in a contract of 45 months and now, 19 months later, the property was up for auction and the new owner requested the property on the grounds of wanting to live in it.
My question is: Can there be a breach of the lease signed in good faith and whose term has not expired? I require compliance with that? Do not want to leave, because every family and professional life was built on the basis of it, but if you leave, it is some compensation for various damages?
